With the weather being blah the last couple days and having major cramps/fun womanly issues I have been scared to step on the scale. We had a big garage sale last weekend so I have not exercised (besides you know moving tables, hauling 'junk', taking down tables, etc) since last Thursday. Not to mention I seem to have picked up the munchies lately, which I have been trying to curb with good choices :) Sooo today was the day I finally decided to step on the scale and....... 167.4 SOOOO much better then I was anticipating! I just got back home from my C25K run/walk for the day and boy did it feel good! My classes started back up today so I need to get around and go study...I am trying to cram 2 weeks into one since we are gone next week. Cabin here I come!
