I am seriously the worst blogger ever and I apologize. Life got so crazy this summer between softball, vacation, school, clinicals, kids, sucky layoffs and just life in general. Now that is is fall things are still cray as ever: Dave is working a new shift and it is 5 days a week compared to 3, we have soccer, swim and gymnastics PLUS I am in the midst of my last term at school + internship. Whew!
Anyhow on to the weightloss...I did good...I really did until the end of July. I hit my 165 goal right before the cabin and then after that I did not lose. I maintained between it and 168. Now is a different story. With our late nights, activities 4x per week, etc it has become way to easy to hit a drive thru. Last I checked (Monday) I am at 170.3 again. Booo!
This past Thursday for our 2 year anniversary my loving hubby gave me the $$ to join the Biggest Loser program at our YMCA. We became members back in August and I have yet to use the facility. Part is due to schedules but the major part is due to self esteem and hating to work out alone. I am hoping this class will help that and who knows I may make a new friend! My mom is joining with me and I hope to kick butt and win the cash prize (or at least come close ;) )
So starting Monday I am back in the saddle....I get weighed & measured Wednesday morning (scary!!) and then it is off to the gym. I am going to try to post semi-regularly on here to help hold me accountable. Hope everyone else out in blog world is doing great on their journey :)
