Breakfast: Raisin bran w/Skim milk, 5pts
Mid-morning snack: Banana 2pts
Lunch: Ham Sandwich, Grapes, Carrots 4pts
Afternoon Snack: String Cheese & 8 turkey pepperonie 2pt
Supper: Southwest chicken Salad & Diet Coke 6pt
Post softball snack: Small twist ice cream cone from THE BEST shop in town guessing 3pt???
Just now: 8 baked tostitos and 1 tbsp of salsa 1pt

Activity today was 25min on the elliptical and then not real activity but I did spend 30 minutes playing soccer and tag with Riley before bathtime, boy is she fast!!
It is supposed to be REALLY nice here tomorrow and I plan to get out and enjoy it more. I have caught the running or should I say jogging bug. After school is out next week I plan to try the Couch to 5K challenge. I am actually really excited about it! I may start earlier if I can fit it into our crazy schedule right now.
