What a day it has been! It was very warm here today for late April in Iowa, around 85 degrees talk about crazy! I stuck to my routine and was up early to workout on the elliptical. I set it for the 20 minute program but was to caught up in the Real World/Road Rules challenge drama to end then so I kept on going for an extra 15 minutes LOL. Then since it was soooo nice out today dh and I planted our entire garden which included a quick walk over to the local greenhouse for our tomato and pepper plants. After we got that all done it was time to go pick up dd from school. But the day did not end there! DH works from 5pm-5am Thursday-Saturday so we still had to rush him to work. The kids thought a bike ride would be fun so when we got home off we went. I pulled ds in a trailer and boy I can tell a difference from pulling him last year, baby boy is getting big! Anyhow enough of my rambling here is a breakdown of my day:
Breakfast:
Oatmeal w/ 1/4tbsp. PB 3pt

Morning Snack:
My FAVE Yoplait Light Very Vanilla yogurt + grapenuts 3pt

Lunch:
Oven Roasted Chicken Sandwich, Apple & Salad w/Light Italian 5pt

Afternoon Snack:
Another FAVE, South Beach Smores Bar, yum! 2pt

Supper...As you will see when DH works I do not cook and if I do happen to it is simple and very kid friendly lol
Subway Ham on Wheat with tons of veggies, FF Pretzels 8pt

Evening Snack:
Found these on clearance at WM tonight, 2pt
Plus about 10 mini vanilla wafers, guessing 2pts since 40 is worth 3??

Activity: 35min Elliptical, 20min bike ride + plant a garden and take 2 10min walks

OH and here is what our garden looks like:

We will hopefully have green beans, sugar snap peas, cucumbers, zucchini, grape & regular tomatoes, peppers, radishes and carrots. Hooray!

Your food looks great, yum! I bought some skinny cow ice cream sandwiches, they are super good too! The garden looks great!!!
