Alrighty..here is how my food went today (not many pictures as I spent all day studying at my parents kid-free!)
Breakfast: yogurt + 1c strawberries/blueberry mix + 1/4c grape nuts = 4pt
Mid morning snack: apple + 1/2 banana = 2pt
Lunch: Sandwich(ham/Sara Lee/WW Cheese/Onion/Mustard) + cucumber + 2tbsp FF ranch + 2c fruit salad = 6pt
Afternoon Snack: 17 Turkey pepperoni = 2pt
Supper: Crispy Ranch Chicken (DELISH!! I will post recipe below) + Potatoes + Steamed veggies w/cheese = 7pts
Snack: Vitatop + Pb2 2pt (thanks for the idea Darci!)
Total Points: 23/24
Total Water: 96oz
Total Weekly Allowance 19/35
Here is the recipe for Crispy Ranch Chicken, everyone here loves it!
Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 oz pkg ranch dressing mix
2 cups crispy rice cereal
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 egg whites (beaten)
2 tablespoons light butter (optional)
Directions
Mix rice cereal, ranch mix and parmesan cheese together in bowl. Dip chicken in egg whites, then in the cereal mixture to coat evenly. Arrange chicken on greased baking sheet. Bake at 375 until golden or 30 to 35 minutes.
Makes 4 servings at 5pts per serving
